What happens after you call?

Your call is routed to an independent local provider who handles mold problems in your area. They will ask a few questions about what you are noticing, where it is and whether water is still coming in, then arrange a visit to look at it in person. Any inspection, quote and work are agreed directly between you and that provider.

If you are not sure yet whether you have mold, that is a perfectly good reason to call. Many callers start with a musty smell or a stain and want to know what it means. Scheduling depends on the provider and on demand, which rises sharply after big storms. If anyone in the home has asthma, a weakened immune system or breathing trouble, or if water is still entering the house, say so at the start of the call so the provider knows how quickly to come out. Spanish-speaking callers can ask whether a Spanish-speaking provider is available.
